- What's the rental policy?

You are only a few steps away from renting our top of the line golf cars for your next event or project:
Step 1: Read our insurance requirement, and be prepared to secure appropriate insurance.
Step 2: Call us directly to confirm golf car selections and availability for your requested date.
Step 3: Our rental department will provide you a detailed rental proposal which will include the followings:
- Golf car description and quantities
- Delivery and Pickup dates
- Delivery and pickup rate
- Rental rate (daily, weekly or monthly)
- Security deposit
- Any customer special instructions
Step 4: Customer sign and return the proposal, provide credit card/payment information, and provide the required insurance document.
- What kind of insurance is required?

A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE NAMING 'G.I.V. INC. DBA GOLF CAR RENTALS' AS ADDITIONAL INSURED IS REQUIRED FOR EACH RENTAL. THE MINIMUM LIMIT REQUIRED IS $1,000,000 (ONE MILLION DOLLARS) IN GENERAL LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.
Call your insurance company agent or broker, they will know what this means.
CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD GOLF CAR RENTALS HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR ANY ACT THAT MAY LEAD TO A CLAIM AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THIS CAR/EQUIPMENT. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE CAR/EQUIPMENT DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD INCLUDING THEFT.
- Where can I get the insurance?
- Please check with your insurance agent and broker, it's standard insurance that many insurance companies offer.
- How about golf car delivery and pickup?
- We will arrange the delivery and pickup of all our golf cars to and from your event location. And the delivery cost is based on the number of golf cars that you rent, and the distance from our company. Your rental quote will include the delivery and pickup estimate.
Please note that we only delivery and pickup the golf cars from Monday to Friday.
- What if I have never operated a golf car before?
- As long as you have basic skills to drive an automotive vehicle, you will find that driving a golf car it not that difficult with a little bit practice. Please download the Golf Car Handbook.
- How do I make a reservation?
- Once you have reviewed our rental policy and fully understanding our insurance requirement, please call us directly to make a reservation. Or please fill out the inquiry form, and we will contact you directly to complete your reservation.
- How much will it cost?
- Costs range depending on the season and length of your rental; please call us directly for a quote.
